Learn more at http://www.jnj.com/. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, PMO Supply Chain MTST, will drive development and execution of the determined programs. They will develop data management and reporting practices to ensure programs within the platforms remain on track. They will investigate, highlight and mitigate interdepencies – ensuring on time and in budget delivery. Tactical responsibilities include: * Leading or supporting project case development, CAPEX approval and management, project plans design and execution, and establishing effective governance processes to ensure strategy advancement. * Providing global leadership and managing multi-level, cross-site, cross-functional teams passionate about the end-to-end execution of projects aligned with business strategies. * Driving identification of project ideas, team composition, execution plans and manufacturing hand off as the need arises to ensure smooth execution and implementation. * Sponsoring smaller project as needed, in alignment with the established strategic roadmap to enable successful completion. * Building strong cross-functional teams and mentoring to team members * Following defined processes & procedures related to program execution to ensure compliance and meet business results * Recommending solutions based on understanding of multiple departments/functions and their interrelationships. * Encouraging relations with all applicable development group/efforts to actively influence design and project outcomes. * Follows all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001) * Presenting business related issues or opportunities to next management level Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Science or related area of study preferred.
