Office Administrator
HEGGEL® GmbH, a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, is seeking a highly motivated office administrator to join its team. As a valued and important member in the fast-growing business, you will be expected to work cross-functionally and flexibly, handle the responsibilities in a structured and autonomous manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Organization permanently functioning routines and optimization of existing work processes for the smooth running of the office
2. Contact / cooperation with service providers, suppliers and authorities
3. Order and shipment processing
4. Preparing accounting documents for the tax advisor as well as creating offers, invoices, packing lists / delivery notes and tracking incoming and outgoing payments
5. Management of payments to suppliers and service providers
6. Cooperation with different departments and ensuring smooth communication between the departments
7. Support of the management in all organizational and administrative tasks
8. Personnel management support
