We are currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at our headquarters, Semmelweisstrasse 3, 82152 Planegg, Germany.
Understand metabion´s products and develop profound product and market knowledge.
Translate technical details and market/competitive information into benefits for the user and define USPs.
Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and synthesize their input on features and priorities in order to determine efficient product marketing and pricing strategies for existing and new products.
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Oversee the creation of sales and marketing tools, continuously monitor and analyze their suitability and efficiency.
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
Create and deliver training for metabion´s sales force on how to sell the product, how to use implemented marketing tools including campaigns for developing sales to existing customers and attracting new prospects and customers.
strong scientific background, including an advanced degree in Biological Sciences or similar and hands-on experience in a life science or biotech laboratory.
proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role.
experience in market analysis.
familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
working knowledge of web analytics tools.
excellent communication skills.
creativity with a keen eye for detail.
background in design and copywriting is a plus.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
University degree (BSc, MSc) in Life Sciences.
At least two years of marketing experience in a scientific environment (preferably life sciences).
