* Accountable for Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management at Henkel globally
* Drive and supervise the topic within the company
* Create and revise global policies on Crisis Management and Business Continuity
* Monitor the implementation of the policies
* Train employees on Business Continuity topics and handling of Crisis events
* Consult in major Business Continuity and Crisis events
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in business administration or related field
* 10 years of work experience, thereof 7+ years' experience in Business Continuity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
* International work experience
* Fluent English skills
