About the Role The Program Management Team is responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to deliver customer programs within budget, scope, and time constraints. The Customer Program Manager engages from the bidding phase and assumes responsibility through project closure to drive exceptional customer experiences and maximize company value. What You Will Do Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Program Execution: Develop and oversee customer programs, focusing on the integration and deployment of intelligent cockpit solutions. Delivery Management: Navigate complex program challenges, define tactical approaches to maintain delivery expectations, and motivate teams to meet objectives. Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to measure program success, regularly report performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration across product development and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Risk Management: Identify risks in complex automotive projects, particularly those involving in-vehicle systems, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Pre-Sales Support: Assist pre-sales managers by analyzing customer requirements and offering technical solutions and cost estimates to support business acquisition. What You Need Education: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience: 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in customer success or account management within the automotive industry. Expertise: Hands-on experience with intelligent cockpit systems, including in-vehicle infotainment, user interfaces, and connectivity features. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities, combined with excellent communication skills. Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in automotive processes such as IATF16949 and ASPICE is essential, while familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is advantageous.
