YOUR MISSION: As a Legal Working Student (f/m/d), you will play an integral role in supporting our legal team with a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, managing legal files, and assisting with administrative responsibilities. Working closely with Dr. Carolin, our Head of Legal and a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist), you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of corporate law. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Legal Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth legal research using legal databases and tools to provide actionable insights on laws, regulations, and industry developments that impact the business. Cross-functional collaboration: Support projects across diverse legal domains, including trademark law, corporate strategy, labor law, commercial agreements, and data privacy. Meeting Support: Participate in internal and external meetings, ensuring key discussions are accurately documented through detailed minutes and summaries. Administrative Excellence: Assist with organizational tasks such as maintaining legal files, managing documentation, and optimizing team workflows. You can join us in our Berlin office at least once a week for at least 8 months.
