Role Responsibilities
• Lead, form and develop the Lifestyle Marketing Team
• Define and implement Brand Strategies for a Portfolio of brands
• Drive Brand Equity Building for the key Brands (Jim Beam, -196 Ready to Drink, Kilbeggan)
• Develop Annual Marketing Plan & 3 yrs. Growth Plan
• Develop adequate Activations & execute Experience Platform
• P&L responsibility for Lifestyle Brands Portfolio, including full Brand Investment responsibility
• Lead & develop a team of approx. 4 people
• Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to provide best in class implementation
• Elevate the Marketing Thinking and Execution to “Digital First” & “Full Funnel” Marketing approach
• Take care for the day-to-day basics (Budget, Business Reviews,)
• Be a key sparring-partner for the Global Brand Houses
Qualifications
• University degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent
• 10 years of consumer marketing & trade marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG& beverage and/or spirits industry
• ideally additional sales experiences, strong operational capabilities
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
• Experience in project management (incl. usage of respective tools and methods)
• Being conceptual and pragmatic when required
• strong people leader, collaborative but clear leadership style to lead, build, drive and inspire people
• Manager taking responsibility and ownership beyond the direct remit
• Excellent Knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
• Demonstrated personal characteristics to be self-starter, able to strategically influence across all levels of the organization and highly motivational
