Our client is currently looking for a Global Insurance Manager with a scope based all around Europe with 40,000+ Employees. You'll be working with a fantastic company providing a flexible hybrid working policy and many other great benefits.
Provide strategic consulting on complex insurance matters across a wide range of industrial insurance sectors, including Property/Casualty, Financial Lines, and Employee Benefits.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Handle stakeholder management, both internal and external.
Oversee financial management related to insurance, including budgeting, allocation reviews, and invoice verification.
Lead international projects to identify and implement strategic improvements and cost-saving measures.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for senior management, both regularly and on an ad-hoc basis.
Degree in insurance, risk management, business administration, law, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in industrial insurance, with deep expertise in relevant sectors and proven experience with international insurance programs.
Ability to prepare and confidently present reports and decision-making materials to senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English, with negotiation-level proficiency.
