1. Project Management
Oversee project requirements, timelines, and team member roles. Ensure successful delivery of products that meet all acceptance criteria.
2. Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Act as a technical expert and fill in as a developer when necessary.
3. Communication️
Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions
4. Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features.
5. Problem Solving
Identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them. Resolve issues that arise during the development process.
6. Quality Assurance
Ensure high-quality output by reviewing deliverables and providing constructive feedback. Implement best practices and standards for software development.
