Your role and responsibilities
As an Internal Sales Advisor, you are the contact point for customers and prospects from the DACH region. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a further expansion of the customer portfolio in this region.
1. You have both in- and outbound contacts with customers and prospects.
2. You identify prospects (leads and own research) and you contact them.
3. You offer commercial support to the representatives and help building existing customer relationships.
4. You identify needs of the prospects/customers and offer our products.
5. You actively use promotions, actions, product of the week and help think about the elaboration of regional actions.
6. You process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer/prospect.
7. You collect market info and pass this on to determine the positioning of the own products.
8. You onboard new customers and follow up until they are on track.
9. You contact former customer and you reactivate them.
10. You keep the CRM up to date at all times.
How to succeed / Your profile
11. Relevant experience in a commercial function is a plus.
12. You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of English (oral and written). Knowledge of Dutch and French are a plus.
13. You are a strong relational sales agent focused on achieving results. You have a commercial flair and intuition.
14. You are a team player and can work independently.
15. You are strong in outbound calling.
16. You have an organizational mindset and you think along.
17. You are very perseverant.
18. You are strong in follow-up and administration.
19. You have good social skills.
20. You are dynamic, optimistic, curious and eager to learn.
