Our Growth team is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in deepening our marketing intelligence and successfully build out our Product Led Growth (PLG) motion. The role will collaborate with the wider growth and marketing teams to rapidly identify growth opportunities and become a contributor to our longer term growth strategy. Your responsibilities Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day: Analyse performance & trends of marketing campaigns, build ad-hoc custom reports and assist various sub-teams in realising their reporting needs. Build reports & dashboards to develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to track key marketing metrics, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with commercial teams and proactively generate valuable insights to collaboratively identify opportunities for growth Connect and integrate performance data from multiple platforms (e.g., web analytics, social media, CRM, and advertising channels) to provide a holistic view of marketing performance. Track performance by implementing a reliable event and conversion tracking setup including attribution from our growth channels About you We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role: Previous Marketing/Growth Analyst experience, with a solid understanding of funnel metrics and customer behavior analytics. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Metabase. Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution solutions is essential. Working experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and other paid channels. Strong SQL and Python skills; database knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English. You can manage conflicting priorities while ensuring precision and accuracy in your work. Cross functional communicator - You are able to present your insights and translate complex findings to various audiences. You foster open and constructive dialogue within the team.
