Your mission As the DACH IT Teamlead, you will oversee IT operations within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. You will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure IT services, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. You will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with global IT teams, and support the region’s technological needs to drive business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business goals for the DACH region. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to improve IT services and infrastructure. Prepare and manage the regional IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the region's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunication systems. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems. Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Project Management: Manage and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with global IT teams and other departments to implement and integrate new systems and solutions. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regional and global IT policies, standards, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Conduct regular security assessments and audits to protect company data and assets. Implement and enforce robust IT security measures and protocols. User Support and Service Management: Oversee the delivery of IT support services to ensure high user satisfaction. Implement and manage IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools. Track and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality delivery of services. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand and meet their IT needs. Third Line Support: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by first and second line support. Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to Azure infrastructure, applications, and services. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address critical incidents and ensure service continuity. Your profile Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the DACH region. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security practices. Experience with MS Office 365, Exchange, Azure, and IT helpdesk software. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English & German both written and oral. Preferred Skills: Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Chinese both written and oral. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to IT management. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user satisfaction.
