Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop the sales department, working with existing projects related to social housing. Collaborate with the technical director and project managers to forecast and align sales strategies with project needs. Implement sales management tools and systems to improve workflow and automate processes. Supervise a team of city-based sales managers, ensuring they effectively manage client relations and project orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets, including generating new business opportunities. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or renovation sector. Strong background in implementing sales management systems and tools. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in German and Russian Strategic thinking with the ability to forecast sales performance and plan accordingly. Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
