Job Title: Sr. Sales Quality Evaluator (f/m/d) Social Media - French Job Description The Quality Evaluator role is responsible for supporting the monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls and other customer contact methods (e.g. email, chat) for accuracy and adherence to established quality standards. As an output of assessing quality standards, provide insight to customers to contribute to program performance improvements. As a Sr. Sales Quality Evaluator (f/m/d) for our client (one of the largest social media platforms), you will mentor and coach agents that will help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB) to select and implement effective and targeted advertising programs. You participate in the project realization according to the relevant sales metrics and goals in close coordination with the Operations Sales Team. You can successfully transfer your passion for sales advice and sales quotas to the agents and are enthusiastic about communities and communication. Your Job - You are a role model for your agents; you mentor, coach, and support them - You are responsible for monitoring calls, emails, chats, and other support interactions on quality metrics and provide feedback coaching and mentoring as needed - You coach agents on sales skills for the improvement of their conversion rates and communication skills - You coordinate with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring measurements and ensure streamlined step goals are achieved - You continuously maintain knowledge of changes to client products, services, policies, and procedures and recommend modifications or enhancements to quality management - You have a confident appearance and very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills at eye level that are appropriate for the target group and cross-hierarchy.
