The role There is an opportunity in our Seller Experience Team in Berlin, for a motivated sales professional with expertise in customer engagement and support. In this role, you will actively engage, manage, and nurture both new and existing customers, leveraging effective communication to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities Supporting customers enquiries to increase conversion and maximise value Engaging and developing new business opportunities to expand our inventory as well as communicating, engaging and nurturing relationships with current customers Strong support & sales negotiation skills Account management by providing high standard of service Knowledge of CRM solutions and Sales pipelines management Liaising closely with the Pricing team to ensure we always deliver the best price to our sellers and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure we meet customer expectations along their journey Responsible for hitting the targets and reporting results achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
