The role As part of the Seller Experience team, you’ll be responsible for converting both new and existing customers through effective communication. Reporting to the Account Management Lead, your mission will be to drive sales and deliver an outstanding experience to our sellers. If you are a sales professional with in-depth knowledge of customer engagement and acquisition, and you’re interested in mentoring a team and supporting your leaders, we would love to hear from you Key responsibilities Support customer inquiries to boost conversions and maximize value. Engage new business opportunities to expand inventory. Build and nurture customer relationships with strong negotiation and business development skills. Manage key accounts, delivering high standards of service. Utilize CRM and manage sales pipelines effectively. Collaborate with Pricing and Marketing to ensure competitive offers and aligned brand messaging. Work across departments to meet customer expectations throughout their journey. Meet targets and report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Track customer support and sales KPIs as well as gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and needs. Analyze the competitive landscape to support business strategy. Mentor and coach best sales practices as a team role model. Assist leadership with tasks and projects as needed Potentially manage a team, as required.
