Description We looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Northern/ Central Europe to support the Smart Cable Guard Unit in the DACH ( Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region within DNV. Smart Cable Guard (SCG) is an online multi-functional monitoring system for MV power cable networks with two unique functions: detecting and locating weak spots as well as detecting and locating faults in underground power cables. The automated system immediately provides warnings when problems arise. The role offers the opportunity to join the Global SCG Team, where together with colleagues you will sell and assist customers in implementing SCG systems and services in Northern Europe. The overall purpose of the job is to support DNV Smart Cable Guard Unit to safeguard life, property and the environment and achieve our company vision: To be a trusted voice to tackle global transformations. The position involves regular visits to (potential) customers requiring up to 25% of your time. As a Customer Success Manager your main responsibilities will be: Identifying, driving and growing the use of SCG application within client networks Taking responsibility for implementation and commissioning projects of SCG systems Increasing the visibility of DNV Smart Cable Guard in the market and extend our relations (You are the go-to person when it comes to online condition management of medium voltage cables.) Providing input on market strategies and approaches for Smart Cable Guard Collaborating closely with the Market Area Managers, Business Directors, Service Line Managers, and Heads of Department during the sales phase and subsequent delivery set up. Qualifications To qualify you must have: Master’s degree (e.g. electrical engineering, or commercial business administration) Proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal) Proven project management skills with the ability to lead projects and execute them within set parameters Good commercial awareness, result orientation, and track record in business development A solid understanding of Asset Management and/or Asset Operations in the DNO market A customer-centric mindset and ability to challenge customer needs Strategic thinking skills with the ability to convert strategies into tangible plans and actions.
