* Directly manage a game producer and game designer, and collaborate with other disciplines such as marketing, QA, and so on
* Prepare and maintain the strategy for the game(s) you are managing including new features, content, and events that will drive KPIs
* Own the game roadmap and backlog, understand risks
* Control the game economy
* Constantly pitch and produce tactical ways to lift KPIs
* Continually review game analytics and devise ways to improve them
* Continually perform competitive analysis and looking for ways we can get improve and get ahead
* Help with the creation of our proprietary game analytics infrastructure
* Collaborate closely with company stakeholders
* Other tasks as necessary to deliver great results for the game(s) you are managing
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 4+ years experience as a product manager in gaming, ideally on a mobile f2p game
* It is vital that you have previous experience working on a car game, ideally as a product manager, and a great knowledge of cars
* Firm grasp of industry best practices
* C1 or above level of English, both oral and written
Nice to have
* Prior Roblox experience on a popular released game, ideally under a commercial studio
* Experience working on a live service game
* Prior involvement in the launch of a game, ideally with experience through the whole cycle of creation
* Past experience managing fully remote and spread out team members
* Have worked directly with game analytics
