Our growth is creating great opportunities Here is a description of the role we are opening: Responsibilities Supplier Management Develop and maintain strategic relationships with semiconductor suppliers Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Regular supplier calls & internal calls weekly & bi-weekly (8hours per week) Conduct regular performance reviews to assess supplier capabilities, quality, and delivery reliability Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and risk management Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component shortages, disruptions, or geopolitical factors Market Analysis Forecast future semiconductor demands in collaboration with product and engineering teams Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory levels of semiconductor components, ensuring timely availability while avoiding overstocking. Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and manage lead times. Data analysis & maintenance: Maintain the information, such as, pricing, lead-time, payment term and so on in ERP system (QAD / SAP R3) Prepare and present data reports, visualizations, and dashboards for stakeholders Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity buying (preferably in semi-conductor, eletronics, automotive sectors). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
