About the Role
As Head of Sales (Enterprise), you drive revenue growth & team performance. You close high-value deals yourself while building and leading a scalable, high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Close enterprise SaaS deals (€30K+ ACV).
✔ Lead & scale the sales team (AEs + BDRs).
✔ Own & execute the full sales cycle – Lead generation → Demo → Negotiation → Closing.
✔ Optimize outbound & inbound sales strategies for predictable pipeline growth.
✔ Develop & improve sales processes, pricing models & forecasting.
✔ Track & analyze KPIs using Pipedrive (CRM) & sales automation tools.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise preferred).
✔ Proven closer – Track record of hitting/exceeding €1M+ ARR in sales.
✔ Sales leadership experience – Scaled & led high-performing teams.
✔ Hunter & strategist – Can sell & build a team simultaneously.
✔ Experience selling to VP & C-level executives in large enterprises.
✔ Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
✔ Experience in innovation intelligence, market research, or R&D software (a plus).
