You will oversee and enhance the operations of our international franchise operations in countries like Belgium, The Netherlands, South Africa, Mauritius, Croatia, Hungary and Ireland or further markets to grow. Tasks, that let you grow
* As a Regional Manager (f/m/d)* you will be in charge of the development and extension of our international franchise activities in new and existing markets such as Belgium, The Netherlands, South Africa, Croatia, Hungary or Ireland.
* You will be responsible for driving our sales performance by supporting our Licence partners within your reference sector.
* You are responsible for accelerating the company's growth by identifying potential new licence partners and finally acquiring new licenses.
* You will build strong partnerships with the license partners in your sector and become their first person to contact in matters like consulting, business development and contractual agreements.
* You ensure that each shop within your region adheres to the company's standards and procedures, maintaining consistency and our corporate identity.
* You stay informed about local market trends and developments to make strategic decisions that enhance the company's competitive edge.
Your profile, that inspires us
* In previous positions in the commercial environment you were able to prove a strong track record in achieving your targets.
* Ideally you were already able to already gain experience in the real estate market and came in contact with a franchise business model.
* You bring the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as negotiation and closing competences to drive regional growth.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities characterize you and help you handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
* Availability to travel approximately once every quarter in order to strengthen the business relationships in the countries.
* You demonstrate very good communication skills in English, every other language is a plus.
