Lead Data-Driven Advertising Across Programmatic & Paid Social Channels
Are you passionate about data-driven media buying and experienced in both programmatic advertising and paid social media ? We are looking for a Senior Programmatic & Social Media Manager to develop and execute high-impact advertising strategies across display, video, CTV, social media, and emerging digital platforms .
In this role, you will lead campaign planning, activation, and optimisation across DSPs and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.). You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure best-in-class audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement .

Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Planning & Activation
* Develop and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy across programmatic and social media channels, optimising for awareness, consideration, and conversion .
* Manage end-to-end campaign execution across key DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.) and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) .
* Utilise data-driven audience segmentation and advanced targeting techniques, including first-party data activation, lookalike audiences, and contextual targeting .
* Partner with creative and content teams to drive ad format innovation, ensuring engaging and effective creatives tailored to programmatic and social environments .
Performance Optimisation & Analytics
* Monitor campaign performance in real time, optimising bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative variations for maximum efficiency.
* Leverage A/B testing, Lift Studies, and incrementality experiments to assess media impact and attribution across both programmatic and social channels.
* Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to implement advanced measurement frameworks, including media mix modelling and attribution modelling .
* Translate data insights into strategic recommendations, guiding budget allocation and cross-channel investment decisions.
Ad Tech & Automation
* Manage and optimise ad tech tools and automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration across DSPs, DCO platforms, and social media ad managers .
* Implement privacy-compliant audience strategies, staying ahead of cookie-less targeting, AI-driven automation, and evolving social algorithms .
* Oversee brand safety, viewability, and fraud prevention measures, working with partners like IAS, MOAT, and DoubleVerify .
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in digital media, with expertise in both programmatic advertising and paid social media .
* Deep knowledge of DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.) and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) .
* Strong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), auction dynamics, and paid social algorithm optimisation .
* Experience with ad tech integrations, first-party data activation, and contextual targeting strategies .
* Hands-on experience in A/B testing, Lift Studies, attribution modelling, and media measurement .
* Proven ability to manage large budgets, optimise campaign performance, and drive business growth through media investment.
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance analysis, media metrics, and marketing impact measurement .
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
