Role Description This is a remote hybrid contract role for a District Sales Manager at THE SJOBERG GROUP. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities as well as finding high quality talent, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a criminal background check Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus Licensed in insurance and investments is a plus
