What you’ll do & Who you are We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager (d/f/m) to join our Finance team at mobile.de in Berlin. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management and compliance program for the organization. You will work closely with senior management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will operate on a hybrid model, requiring a combination of remote work and in-office presence at our Berlin office in Charlottenburg. This role will report to the Head of Accounting. What you will do : Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks Draft and revise company policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Implement internal controls and monitor adherence to them Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the organization Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies Monitor and report on risk exposure Investigate and resolve compliance issues Train employees on risk management and compliance Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations Who you are : Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices Proven track record of success in developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM)) is a plus Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Very) Good German (min. B2(C1) and English skills in writing and speaking.
