Role overview: Sales Management : Oversee a comprehensive packaging product range and associated services across Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia. Functional Leadership : Lead the regional sales team for packaging within the MIPS area. Product Development : Drive the development and enhancement of the packaging product portfolio. Collaboration with Plant Managers : Work closely with plant managers to analyze sales performance and assess production capacities. Process Optimization : Streamline processes within the Order-to-Cash cycle for improved efficiency. Pricing and Margin Management : Conduct margin analysis and manage pricing strategies. Key Account Management : Manage key international accounts and foster strong customer relationships. Budget Oversight : Plan budgets for packaging sales and purchasing. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer partnerships. Global Collaboration : Coordinate with other sales managers worldwide to ensure consistent strategies and approaches. Order Implementation : Finalize offers and seamlessly integrate initial orders into established processes. Tender Management : Lead and support tender processes for key accounts. Global Project Participation : Engage in global projects and initiatives. Trade Show Engagement : Actively participate in trade fairs and events to enhance visibility and connections.
