We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security Office (f/m/d) to lead our global enterprise-wide team of Security Officers in Group, area, region & country.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices, and has a proven track record of managing and driving success for Cyber Security teams in a large-scale corporate, industrial environment. The risk-based strategy and roadmap in a production focused environment will be designed, defined, and executed by the Head of Security Office globally.One of the key functions is to focus on Cyber Security related products and processes across all Heidelberg Materials business-lines and act as a trusted advisor for relevant stakeholders in the business departments and to the VP Security (Group CISO). The Head of Security Office is responsible to maintain the life cycle of Cyber Security relevant products, pursues trends and maintains a network of experts on the market. You are taking the responsibility of strategic Cyber Security projects and ensure in-time delivery as well as quality. That requires close communication with internal business stakeholders, external vendors, and the VP Security. To maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of products and processes, regular Cyber Security audits will be planned, executed, and analyzed. Results will be evaluated by the Team of Security Officers from Group, Area, Region & Country. You accept responsibility and you are accountable to share results to business stakeholders and the VP Security.
