Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Expertise: Leverage your 5+ years of experience in the German feed additive market. Understand market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Germany. Identify opportunities, set targets, and create action plans.
3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, poultry farms, and other key stakeholders. Your existing network will be invaluable.
4. Sales Performance: Drive sales from day one. Achieve and exceed targets by effectively promoting our products.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
2. 5+ years of experience in the German feed additive market.
3. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the feed additive industry.
4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
5. Willingness to travel.
