You define technical requirements in order to integrate our heat pumps even better in our energy management system and virtual power plant. At Enpal, you will be responsible for: · Product Vision & Strategy : Define and drive the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our heat pump offering. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead complex product development efforts across multiple teams, especially with the commercial product team defining and sharing the customer wishes, and the engineering teams delivering hardware and software features · Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. · Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Build and maintain the technical landscape overview and investment needs for security, resilience, and scalability initiatives. · Technical Problem Solving: Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system requirements, heat pump knowledge, and infrastructure constraints. Engage with engineering teams, operations, hardware specialists, and other technical stakeholders to gather insights and balance competing needs for optimal development.
