The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organisation and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions.
As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, ensuring alignment with market demands and client objectives.
Contribute to Profitable Growth:
1. Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
2. Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
3. Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
4. Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while ensuring profitability and understanding and containing risk.
Client Engagement:
1. Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, being seen as a trusted advisor.
2. Collaborate with clients to assess their recovery readiness and align recovery strategies with business goals.
3. Oversee the implementation of robust DR and ITSCM practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Guide teams in conducting forensic analysis and root cause assessments to inform recovery efforts.
5. Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Operational Excellence:
1. Achieve individual and team utilisation targets.
2. Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery.
Strategic Contribution:
1. Utilise industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
2. Align with Kyndryl’s strategic vision and contribute to its execution.
Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. You have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused and naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of extensive experience in cyber incident response and recovery.
3. Proven track record of client engagement at the executive level.
4. Expertise in designing and implementing DR and ITSCM frameworks.
5. Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical recovery concepts into actionable business strategies.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Certifications such as CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are highly desirable.
8. Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth.
