Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: As a lubricant developer, you will process development applications and coordinate their technical implementation From the idea to laboratory and pilot samples - you develop our products to series production readiness You will draw up proposals for the selection of raw materials and develop alternatives with our raw materials management team You create the necessary documents in the course of development and use them in particular for formulations, manufacturing specifications, functional specifications, FMEA, laboratory reports and test plans You work closely with other specialist departments in interdisciplinary teams Qualifications: You have completed laboratory training (e.g. chemical laboratory technician, CTA or similar) and see yourself as a competent contact person for questions relating to chemistry You are enthusiastic about complex tasks and enjoy working in the laboratory You have no difficulty familiarizing yourself with new topics such as lubrication or tribology Working independently is just as important to you as making the most of your creative freedom Very good German language skills and a good command of English round off your profile The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
