As VIE - Project Performance/PMO, you will work within the Project Management team, ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of project reports and project KPIs to all stakeholders. You will help the team gain better visibility and control of project deliverables, and you will have a key role in supporting the key milestones of the project.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Management (PM) team with preparation of weekly/monthly project reporting (maintain an overview of reporting deadlines, collect input from the team, ensure consistency across different reports etc).
* Actively maintain KPI dashboard / PowerBI for the project.
* Lead APSYS / Project Continuos improvement plan for the project.
* Development for Quality (DfQ) process: support the PM team driving the DfQ process, ensure that the project team functions are closing KO/NKO items for upcoming gates on time, support reporting to site management and the Alstom Central team.
* Further develop and implement a REX process for the project.
* Support the PM team to maintain and communicate an overview of all applicable project processes, create/visualize relevant workflows.
* Support the PM team with regular updates of the Project Management Plan and other relevant project plans as needed.
* Support the Risk & Opportunity (ROO) process, ensure consistency of the data in the project tools (Odyc) and relevant reporting.
* Support the PM team with critical tasks for key milestones if needed.
Educational Requirements
Mandatory: Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Technical Diploma or similar.
Experience

Desirable: experience in railway industry. Experience in project Communications / Documentation.
