Summary Statement
As a working student, you will strengthen our team in the SUITX by Ottobock (former Bionic Exoskeletons) business unit. The goal for you is to gain insights into customer service and be the contact person for our global customers. In this way, you will promote customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
* You accompany and support our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close cooperation with logistics and the order centre
* You will be in direct contact with customers by phone, digitally or in person
* You will support global sales and after-sales teams in developing our markets and achieving maximum customer satisfaction
* You will contribute to ensuring first-level support for our global user base and online shop
Qualifications
* You are studying a commercial degree and you are available for at least three months
* Initial experience in customer service, e.g. through internships, is desirable - but not a prerequisite
* You like to work with large amounts of data and enjoy working with figures and evaluations
* You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Working in an international environment has always been your dream, so you are fluent in written and spoken German and English
