Our client is a leading independent biopharmaceutical company and the pioneer in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics – a revolutionary approach to treating diseases which “silences” the genes that cause or contribute to them.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development of the local strategic brand plan and financial forecasts in cross-functional collaboration.
2. Ensure flawless implementation of the German TTR plan in line with the CEMEA TTR plan and in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders in the CEMEA region.
3. Develop conference content and materials, maximizing the opportunity provided by virtual platforms.
4. Implement the omnichannel communication plan (digital & print).
5. Plan and organize external events with HCPs and nurses.
6. Prepare educational material (digital & print) directed to physicians, patients, and nurses.
7. Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of marketing initiatives.
8. Take ownership of the review process to ensure marketing materials are cleared for promotional use and secure final production.
9. Foster regular exchange with the field force to continuously support execution in the field.
10. Leverage best practices from within the commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry best practices.
11. Demonstrate excellence in project management and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
12. Represent the German affiliate when participating in international team meetings with a focus on tactical execution.
Qualifications
1. University degree in a related field or comparable educational background.
2. 5+ years’ experience, thereof min. 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Previous experience in pharmaceutical product management and/or sales is required.
4. Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility for operational topics.
5. Proven track record in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
6. In-depth knowledge and experience in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology is preferred, but not necessary.
7. Experience in digital technologies/tactics is a plus.
8. Pronounced resilience, positive, and solution-focused thinking and acting.
9. Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve the objective.
10. Organized with a systematic approach to prioritization.
11. Process-oriented to achieve the business objective.
12. Sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility.
13. Fluent in German and English.
14. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time locally and internationally.
