Our automated certified ceramic module \t\t\tproduction facility in Halberstadt, Germany is a highlight to our dedication \t\t\tto excellence and scalability, preparing us for impactful global presence.\t\t\t Role Overview \t\t\tAs a Regional Sales Manager Europe at Nanostone, you will be in charge \t\t\tof developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize penetration \t\t\tinto targeted market segments in selected countries within Europe. You \t\t\twill be responsible for identifying promising market opportunities as \t\t\twell as capable local channel partners who can integrate and sell Nanostone’s \t\t\tsolution to the end user. You will have overall responsibility for sales \t\t\tstrategy development and execution in Europe industrial markets.
The \t\t\tRegional Sales Manager Europe will report directly to the CEO.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Key Responsibilities \t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Developing and implementing strategies and plans to maximize \t\t\t\tpenetration into targeted market segments\t\t\t\t* Identifying promising market opportunities and capable local \t\t\t\tchannel partners\t\t\t\t* Overall responsibility for sales strategy development and execution \t\t\t\tin industrial markets in Europe\t\t\t\t* Participation in trade fairs to increase brand awareness and \t\t\t\tbuild a targeted network\t\t\t\t* Sales planning\t\t\t\t* Location – Europe-based individual. Can be primarily a remote \t\t\t\tposition, but would be expected to travel to Halberstadt \t\t\t\t(Germany) location for ~2-3 \t\t\t\tdays at least 2x per quarter.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Qualifications \t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Sales, Economics or comparable \t\t\t\tfield of study\t\t\t\t* Preferably with >10 years sales experience\t\t\t\t* Seasoned business development executive with strong entrepreneurial \t\t\t\tdrive, commercial and financial acumen and relationship building \t\t\t\tskills\t\t\t\t* Demonstrated track record of closing business and growing revenues\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Deep experience in industrial water and wastewater treatment \t\t\t\tacross Europe markets; preferred Membrane sales experience\t\t\t\t* Capable of understanding and selling Nanostone’s value proposition; \t\t\t\tdisciplined to focus on opportunities appropriate for Nanostone’s \t\t\t\tsolution\t\t\t\t* Actively engaged in the field with end users and channel partners\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Able to work well cross-functionally to leverage Nanostone’s \t\t\t\texperience and resources\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Join Us \t\t\tJoin us at Nanostone Water, where your expertise meets our passion \t\t\tfor making a difference.
