The Opportunity:
The Brand Manager contributes in driving the success of flu and travel vaccines by developing data driven, multi channel marketing strategies. You will ensure that healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders receive relevant, high quality content through the most effective touchpoints along their customer, enhancing their overall experience.
Main responsibilities include optimizing digital caigns, using CRM and marketing automation tools, and analyzing performance data to refine engagement strategies. Additionally, you will be a digital and innovation evangelist, driving mindset shifts and execution excellence, within the field force. By integrating digital solutions, you will enhance customer experience, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and directly contributes to commercial success. Furthermore, the Brand Manager collaborates with teams to align digital programs with brand goals and enhance digital knowledge across the organization.
Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy Execution
* Develop data driven, multi channel marketing strategies for vaccine products
* Design and implement marketing programs tailored to market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
* Improve customer journey and experience by ensuring seamless and interactions across all touchpoints
* Enhance the Sales Journey by using CRM data for preparation, ensuring customer conversations through iPad, driving consent generation, and extending engagement through approved emails
* Provide strategic insights by analyzing trends, stakeholder behaviors, and performance data to refine brand positioning
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and improve engagement through targeted messaging and content
Cross Functional Collaboration Digital Innovation
* Align brand strategy and execution with Sales, Medical, Operations, Market Access, et al
* Use CRM, automation, and analytics to improve engagement, experience and performance
* Chion digital adoption and new ideas, especially for the field force
* Strengthen internal digital capabilities and drive continuous improvement
Compliance Performance Monitoring
* Track and analyze marketing programs to measure effectiveness, create insights, and improve future strategies
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. HWG, AMG, codices, et al) and internal policies while maintaining high quality standards in all marketing activities
Your Skills and Experience:
1. University degree in Business, Science, IT or a related field
2. At least 3 5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on multi channel strategies, experience in vaccine
