What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support with a smile.
* Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Manage hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts and migrations.
* Showcase your analytical skills by troubleshooting and documenting system and application errors effectively.
What you'll need:
* Formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Solid experience working with the Microsoft environment.
* Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
