What we expect from you:
Your Role:
11. Strategic Leadership: Support the Chief Executive in prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensure resources are allocated and utilized effectively.
12. Process Management: Analyze and evaluate existing internal processes with attention to detail. Identify optimization potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
13. Project Management: Coordinate and oversee key projects and initiatives of the executive board. Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and provide ongoing status reports to the board and relevant stakeholders.
14. Operations Management: Monitor operational activities and performance within the company to ensure goal achievement and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
15. Communication and Coordination: Promote internal communication and coordination between various departments to ensure smooth operations and implementation of corporate strategy.
16. Executive Assistance: Support the Chief Executive in administrative and organizational tasks in daily operations. Organize and prepare meetings, create presentations and reports, and manage special requests and projects.
17. Representative Duties: Represent the Chief Executive at internal and external events, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Profile:
18. Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Applicants from other fields with relevant experience are also welcome
19. At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry
20. Flexibility and the ability to operate and succeed in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
21. Strong strategic planning skills combined with the ability to address and solve operational challenges effectively
22. Excellent communication skills and a team player
23. Strong initiative and the ability to think ahead and adapt quickly to new challenges
24. Organized, loyal, and integrity-driven, eager to represent the company’s interests both internally and externally
25. Fluent in German and English
