Are you passionate about creative storytelling and want to communicate strategic company topics simply and clearly to strengthen identification with the employer brand? We are looking for you as a Content Creator (m/f/x) to strengthen our Communication team at ALDI DX with a focus on employee and C-level communication. In this role, you will develop effective content for employees, managers and executive staff. Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Developing and implementing content formats as part of the internal content strategy
* Creating appealing editorial texts, graphics and multimedia content that inspire our internal target groups
* Creating meaningful presentations and communication materials for executive staff (e.g. scripts, storyboards, briefings)
* Supporting formats for executive staff (e.g. organising digital town hall events)
* Analysing the performance of content and formats; deriving optimisation measures
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Degree in communication, linguistics, media, marketing, business psychology or a comparable field
* Several years of experience developing, creating and analysing target-group-oriented content
* Linguistic skills and the ability to produce creative target-group-specific content
* High degree of motivation, initiative and strong teamwork skills
* Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Desirable extras.
* Experience in social media communication for the C-level (LinkedIn)
