What you´ll do
* Develop, execute and implement global CoE strategy and processes in the respective area of expertise
* Define, improve, and simplify HR governance frameworks and processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives
* Maintain close communication with Regional CoE team and supports rollouts of processes and programs which are implemented globally
* Steer communication with external & internal stakeholders (External Audit, Corporate Audit, Corporate Compliance, GBS+,…) and the entire HR community
* Consulting of all internal and external audit and regulatory related HR issues
* Global Main Advisor for Data Protection, GDPR rules & processes within HR
* Own, coordinate and monitor HR Charter and HR Digital Process Management
* Assure as Global Governance consistency of all HR Corp. Standard, Policies & Guidelines Controls and monitors the CoE processes globally
What makes you a good fit
* Master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and/or compliance
* Ability to develop, execute, and align global HR Governance strategy ensuring coherence across regions
* Strong communication skills in building relationships and maintaining close communication with internal/external stakeholders and HR community
* Deep understanding of audit, compliance requirements and HR-related legal frameworks, especially data protection and GDPR
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
