ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented Trainer and Maintainer Specialis t III to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program The Trainer and Maintainer Specialist III conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. They create all instructor materials, including course outlines, background material, and training aids. Additionally, they develop all student materials, such as course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms. The Trainer and Maintainer Specialist III reports to the Training Compliance Manager III. This position supports Program Management activities, TOR Tasks and SubTasks as indicated in support of ACAS execution as part of the PMO Training capability area, and will support ACAS activities Important Note : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - They deliver training by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and computer-based or computer-aided training. - They support RST training requirements as required by the ACAS Training and Compliance Manager. - They support the RST's maintenance support capability group as needed. Closely works with UEC Operations Managers and RST Production Control Supervisors to ensure that training and education is created for all phases of agricultural cleaning and sanitizations, to support host nation and applicable Federal and U.S. Army regulation compliant RST CSR execution. - Working with the Training Compliance Manager III, they design, lead, and oversee the ACAS Training and Education program and plan for providing fully trained and experienced technical and RST leadership personnel required for performance, including international language and culture training as required. - They manage the tracking of certification training. They track all personnel assigned to vehicle power pack pull and reinstall activities to ensure training is current. Proactively supports the ACAS Safety Plan. Required Qualifications : - BA/BS degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu 9 years a required Bachelor's degree) - Five (5) years of position specific relevant experience. - Individual must have and CDL-B and CFD-IC or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of five (5) years proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance. - Experience in providing instruction and training. - Military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in maintenance-related field. Experienced in developing course curriculums. - Experienced in maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance. Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a training related field. - Commercial or military experience may be with heavy duty trucks, tractors, ground systems, or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicles. - Military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in maintenance-related field. ISD Certificate: Instructional Technology. - Battalion-level Training Program lead and experience in Military Logistics. - Experience with Training Program leadership at a business or contract program Clearance Requirements: - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. - Must be able to push, pull, and reach. - Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
