Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and cross-platform solutions.
* Lead workshops, design, and implement Salesforce features, acting as a liaison between clients and development teams.
* Manage complex issues and work with client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
* Contribute to internal initiatives like mentoring, recruitment, and pre-sales.
Qualifications:
* Degree in business informatics, business administration, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, integration experience with ERP/Legacy systems.
* Fluent in English, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Industry experience in Travel, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail.
