Your tasks
1. Manage technical and administrative aspects of building operations, including building technology.
2. Plan, oversee, and administer the facilities and grounds.
3. Take charge of all rental and operating revenues, encompassing energy, electricity, water, and wastewater supply.
4. Organize and supervise telecommunications and IT services at various locations.
5. Oversee housekeeping, facility management, and cleaning services.
6. Plan, budget, and execute projects such as renovations, relocations, modernizations, and maintenance work.
7. Provide support in the selection of potential global locations.
8. Administer facility infrastructure, including handling building plans, furnishings, insurance, standards, and regulations.
9. Plan and lead Front Desk(s)/Reception personnel, ensuring effective staffing and operations.
10. Develop maintenance plans and coordinate all maintenance activities.
11. Assume the role of safety officer, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
12. Solicit, evaluate, and verify vendor proposals and quotes.
13. Manage and coordinate activities with external contractors and service providers.
14. Conduct regular visual inspections of building complexes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Your profile
15. Completed technical education or degree with a focus on Facility Management.
16. Demonstrated experience in effectively leading new construction projects and corporate relocations, including international exposure.
17. Proven track record in commercial facility management, showcasing expertise in optimizing property usage.
18. Solid understanding of construction technology and business economics.
19. Practical knowledge of building systems and a solution-oriented approach.
20. Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
21. Assertiveness, reliability, organizational prowess, and a confident demeanor.
22. Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
23. Proficient in MS-Office.
