Our Sales team is growing and we are looking for our new Key Account Manager South Germany As our new Key Account Manager in South Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg), you have an unique opportunity to help establish Nordberg Medical’s presence in the territory. You will be responsible for driving sales beginning with the product JULÄINE™ and maintaining relationships with targeted accounts in the assigned territory. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Operations (Central Europe), you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (primarily healthcare professionals). Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing product and technical support to customers. You will mostly work on: Promote and sell aesthetic products to physicians through face-to-face engagement and targeted messaging. Build strong customer relationships and support both business and scientific needs. Identify and develop new accounts and leads, assess opportunities, and drive territory growth. Maintain updated customer profiles, plans, forecasts, and track performance against KPIs. Analyse market and competitor data to identify opportunities and stay informed. Collaborate with marketing on materials and initiatives; deliver sales presentations and demos. Support training events, develop product advocates, and participate in conferences as needed. Submit timely reports and assist with special projects as assigned. This role will be field-based and regular attendance for group meetings is required. The position will be full-time permanent employment, with a preferred location in Munich.
