Who we are
The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
Your role and key responsibilities
* Deliver functional clean and dry rooms (C&D rooms) and act as the single point of contact for these areas in a building project
* Supervise the design and construction processes for vendors and contractors, manage design changes, and coordinate with stakeholders for efficient implementation
* Assist in developing project plans and schedules, bridging technical gaps between purchasing, design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance
* Conduct design reviews and supervise construction to achieve functional clean and dry room environments, including utilities and process machine integration
* Prepare regular reports and updates for project stakeholders, providing insights into design planning activities and addressing any issues or challenges
What you bring to the team
* Relevant experience in clean & dry room design or construction
* Relevant engineering degree (mechanical, architectural, civil or similar)
* Relevant knowledge of C&D room regulations, standards, vendors and overview of the contractor market
* Ownership mindset, team spirit and willing to learn attitude is very important
* Professional knowledge of English language
What makes you stand out
* Experience with exhaust, waste emissions and dust collection
* Battery related experience is a plus, but not necessary
* Ability to travel to project sites and external meetings as required
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
