ABOUT THE JOB
1. Monitor KPI’s of dynamic sourced accommodations and partners
2. Derive actions on destination level from group dynamic strategy and ensure compliance with group strategy on destination level
3. Pricing and Trading of dynamic products for selected source markets
4. Align assigned dynamic pricing and yielding with wholesale pricing and trading strategies
5. Negotiate deals and discounts with dynamic suppliers and ensure those deals are utilised in the sales platforms
6. Negotiate and renew frame contracts with the assigned partners
7. Set strategic goals and monitor compliance with assigned partners, derived from group dynamic strategy
8. Escalation contact for partner
9. Establish excellent partner relationships
10. Lead and participate in internal and international strategy projects
11. Market soundings on trends, benchmarks, new competitors
12. Ensuring a differentiated view of all relevant sales channels (on-/offline)
ABOUT YOU
13. A confident professional with experiences in the environment of dynamic accommodation sourcing and a strong knowledge and network in at least one of TUI’s source markets
14. Degree in the field of economics
15. Experience in contracting and product management
16. Solid experience in cooperation with bed banks and strong network among dynamic accommodation partners (especially Bedbanks, Hotelchains, Technology providers)
17. Extensive knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry, especially about structures and competitor setting in the dynamic part of the market
18. Proven skills and experiences in managing relationships with large companies and complex processes
19. Proficient in the MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote)
20. Ability to quickly learn utilizing new systems and understanding how different systems play together end-to-end from sourcing to customer facing sales front ends
21. Basic IT understanding and experience with visualization tools
22. The role requires fluent business English (written & spoken)
23. Outstanding spirit of innovation and a feeling for trends
24. Strong relationship building skills in an international environment, with demonstrable experience of influencing multiple stakeholders
25. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written and with a strong understanding of cultural aspects across all TUI markets.
26. Strong analytical skills
27. Ability to identify blockages and obstacles in the partner relationship and create win win solutions to overcome them
28. Extended overseas travel is required for the role to fully understand the product line up and also attend appropriate meetings
29. Ability to think commercially and strategically whilst balancing operational requirements, looking beyond product to assess the benefits and impacts on other areas of the business and wider TUI Group.
30. Customer focused mindset means understanding of customer needs, both internal and external
31. Display cross-geographical knowledge and understanding to enable you to make decisions or offer advice for areas that do not fall in your geographical area
32. High motivation to understand technical processes in an end to end view and strong focus on driving automation
