We are on the lookout for a Senior Global Marketing Procurement Specialist to join the Global Procurement team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Global Procurement team is based in Berlin, working across 70+ markets to optimize strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships. This role sits within the Marketing Procurement team, reporting to the Senior Global Procurement Manager, and collaborates closely with regional category managers across Europe, APAC, MENA, and LATAM.
Your focus will be on Creative Services, Performance Marketing (Paid Social, Programmatic, SEM), and Offline Media, ensuring that our marketing investments are cost-effective, impactful, and future-proof. You will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating major contracts, and influencing stakeholders across the business.
1. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for marketing categories, ensuring scalability and regional adoption while working with regional category managers. Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, compliance, and innovation.
2. Align procurement processes and best practices across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards. Lead strategic discussions with regional category managers to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improved supplier partnerships.
3. Facilitate knowledge exchange and upskilling initiatives for regional teams, enhancing procurement capabilities and expertise.
4. Analyze media investments, identifying ways to improve efficiency, optimize agency relationships, and drive better outcomes.
5. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, finance, procurement and other relevant stakeholders to implement best practices.
6. Ensure governance and compliance by establishing frameworks for supplier management and contract performance.
Qualifications
7. Proven expertise in marketing and media procurement—with at least 5+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or a comparable strategic role. Nice to have: professional certificates such as CIPS and similar.
8. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution—you build sourcing strategies from scratch and know how to implement them effectively in a decentralized organization.
9. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills—you interpret internal and external business challenges, build business cases, and recommend best practices to optimize procurement impact.
10. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft impactful narratives and build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and teams across markets, you convey complex topics with clarity and are an ambassador for procurement within the business.
11. Expert negotiation and supplier management—you structure and lead high-value negotiations, manage global contracts, and optimize partnerships for value, innovation, and sustainability.
12. Proactive, results-driven approach and a team player with a global mindset—you take ownership, solve complex problems with fresh perspectives, and drive procurement adoption while mentoring others.
