Role Responsibility As Service Tool Manager you will concentrate your activities on the following: Report generation and creation. ITSM and CMDB administration. 2nd line support. Development, maintenance, and documentation. Escalation of issues with CIs, the CMDB, or invalid/out-of-date documents. Reviews procedures and workflows for implementation in the customized ITSM tool. Evaluation of request viability, including effort estimation and risk assessment. Creation and maintenance of project documentation. Successful Candidate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Excellent command of English both written and spoken; other European Languages would be beneficial. ITIL certification preferred. MUST HAVE Computer Science Degree or equivalent with 8 years’ experience. Background in ITSM and CMDB tools. Knowledge of object Oriented programming languages (i.e. Java) and scripting languages (i.e. JavaScript or Python). Excel and Power BI knowledge. SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or Access) knowledge. Unix and Windows knowledge. Strong communications and relationship skills are key. Ability to work in a stressful environment, and manage customer expectations. A self-motivated team player who can work independently. Excellent command of English both written and spoken; fluency in other European Languages beneficial. SHOULD HAVE Background in SMAX, uCMDB, Discovery, and Operations Orchestration from Microfocus. ITIL certification.
