Job Title: Expert Mergers and Acquisitions Human ResourcesWe are looking for an experienced professional to join our central labour law department in the Bosch Group, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. This role involves coordinating with headquarters, HR country organisation, and acquiring business units to ensure seamless execution of HR Mergers and Acquisitions projects.Responsibilities:Lead HR Mergers and Acquisitions activities across Europe.Develop HR strategies and programs to support Post Merger Integration, including performance management, compensation, talent management, cultural integration, communication, and organisational design.Contribute to needs analysis and solution development by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to identify HR requirements for Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration.Evaluate quality standards and mitigate risks throughout the HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration processes.Serve as a subject matter expert for HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration, providing guidance to global project leaders, management, and stakeholders while supporting local HR teams.Requirements:Completed university studies in Law, Economics, HR Management, or a comparable field.Several years of HR work experience and leadership experience, with a proven track record in HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration projects.Strong knowledge in compensation and benefits, Mergers and Acquisitions, divestment, Post Merger Integration, or labour law, preferably in multiple areas.Proficient in innovative HR tools and practices, with rich experience in various HR functions, including international experience.Excellent project management skills and experience as a project leader.Desirable Qualities:Exceptional communication and intercultural skills, enabling relationship-building across hierarchies and different cultural contexts.A positive and inspiring change mentality, bringing value to HR and leadership teams.A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and focus on driving impact and realisation.Goal orientation, results-driven approach, solid business acumen, and customer-centric perspective.Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.Benefits:Flexible working models, including part-time options, mobile working, and job sharing.Diversity and inclusion, firmly anchored in the corporate culture.
