Objectives of the Position:Provide technical services and actively work on developing new applications. Market development and commercialization in India.Responsible for sales support for polyamides.Main Tasks:Present Ultramid® products, provide training and support to targeted customers and distributor(s)Promote and launch new products and push/pull them into the market under across the polyamide range of productsTechnical service to help customers to convert Ultramid® grades smoothlyHandle sampling and qualification of Ultramid® extrusion gradesNew business developments involving profitable Ultramid® grades, especially HV and CoPAMonitor industry trends and gives input for new product developmentMonitors and feedback competition movements – products and market development activitiesMonitor machine manufacturers and activities with customers to understand new capacitiesSupports to exhibition, symposium, brochure & leaflet, and market development activitiesHandling of some of the accounts for salesJob Requirements:Technical background of polymers, master degree in polymers or materials engineering preferred, at least 7 years work experience in polymer relevant industryGood understanding of polymer technology especially rheology propertiesPreferred experience in managing development projects and timely completionFluent in written and spoken EnglishQualified skill of case study writingExperienced in polymer processing and convertingAble to identify, breakdown and solve a variety of difficult technical problemsProven ability to work independently and influence stakeholdersFrequent traveling involved
