» Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales organization in the customer engagement through opportunity assessments in order to provide go/no-go recommendations.
2. Obtain deep knowledge of the customers’ requirements + perform whiteboard sessions and advanced supply chain analysis if required.
3. Create a clear problem statements + as-is baselines.
4. Design and document tailored solutions, value propositions + commercial proposals.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders validate pricing + solutions design feasibility.
6. Prepare and present the value proposition highlighting quantifiable improvements on critical supply chain value components + support the commercial negotiations.
7. Ensure a smooth handover with the Implementation team + monitor the solution is implemented as designed.
» Your profile:
8. Expert knowledge of the International Supply Chain market, products, systems, processes, infrastructure and best practices.
9. You have very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and similar tools for working with large amounts of data.
10. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
11. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a track record of successful solution designs delivered in the area of supply chain, order management and or lead logistics.
12. A solid understanding of the global sea freight forwarding industry based on extensive industry experience.
13. Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box and forward-thinking mindset.
14. Strong customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information, processes and solutions clearly.
15. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
