Your mission
We're on the hunt for a passionate Communications Manager (m/f/d) who's ready to take the leap either part-time or full-time. Dive into the heart of our brand's narrative, craft compelling touchpoints for potential enthusiasts, and be the driving force that feeds our sales pipeline with qualified leads. * Drive lead development using advanced marketing and communication tools.
* Collaborate closely with Product and Sales Teams to develop a communication roadmap for BioAnalyt’s products.
* Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies.
* Elevate global brand recognition through strategic thought leadership initiatives.
* Produce and oversee engaging content for the BioAnalyt website and social channels.
* Create insightful materials such as white papers, success stories, and interviews based on inputs from the team, partners, and customers.
* Regularly update and refresh the BioAnalyt website.
* Oversee the BioAnalyt social media channels, ensuring up-to-date strategies and training for the sales team.
* Organize and conduct impactful online trainings and webinars.
* Ensure proactive participation in key industry events with data-driven insights.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with global journalists for sustained press coverage in influential publications.
* Regularly assess and report on the performance metrics of all marketing activities.
* Continuously refine the digital strategy based on performance analysis and industry trends.
* Monitor and adapt to market trends, emerging channels, and shifts in customer behavior.
* Guarantee uniformity in messaging, visuals, and language across all platforms and content.
* Manage and archive visual assets efficiently, including graphics, photos, and animations.
Your profile
* Demonstrated expertise in crafting integrated, multi-channel campaigns for B2B customer acquisition and retention in both digital and traditional media landscapes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
* Up-to-date knowledge of marketing and communications industry trends. Familiarity with media and corporate relations, as well as digital media strategy.
* Skilled in story development and crafting content for publications, social media, and reports.
* Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube, for communication purposes.
* Solid background in B2B marketing and communications.
* Exceptional attention to detail paired with stellar communication skills.
* Adeptness at navigating a fast-paced environment, foreseeing future communication needs, and adapting to rapid changes with a proactive mindset.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities, capable of thriving in a diverse, international setting.
* Mastery over the English language, both in writing and speaking.
* Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
* A background in the natural sciences or experience in scientific writing will be highly regarded.
